This location is such a joke. They have the strangest hours and they’re subject to change at ANY given time. I am a regular here yet am still met with obstacles trying to be seen when I am in need of assistance. They have a lunch break from 1-2 pm every day so I am always aware of that, today I tried to go after 2, they were in fact open, however they weren’t accepting walk ins? But they’re a walk in clinic…. The reason being, Dr Chan “doesn’t work on Fridays” and Dr Lee was all booked up with appointments. So frustrating and inconvenient. Why are there appointments ? Why not list that on the door then? Sometimes I have needed to go to the clinic and they’ve randomly put a sign on the door saying they’re taking a week off. So unreliable!!! Not to mention these sessions take 4 minutes max usually, they’ll send you away and say you’re fine, which I’m okay with (because I’m almost always fine), but because I know how QUICK these sessions are, I know they surely could have time to see me today. I just have one important question for them but they’re never available when I need them. Lots of problems with this clinic.

Went in today with my girlfriend regarding two health issues which were equally concerning. We did a walk-in at around 11.30am, the clinic was empty with no other patients. We were greeted by the infamous Dr Chan, my girlfriend explained both of her health issues and we were dismissed by the great Dr Chan that he’s just going to treat one of the issue and not even address the other issue. Reason being is that it’s only one issue per patient. It took him a couple of questions and a swab test only for him to suggest us TYLENOL. When I asked him if he can diagnose her second medical issue, Dr Chan condescendingly dismissed me by saying we’re going to have to come back again for separate walk- in. I furiously went to the receptionist to address this issue and I was met with a very cold response by how it’s only one issue per patient and we’ll have to come back after two days if we needed to get a diagnosis. We had to visit a separate clinic to get a professional diagnosis.
Dr Chan is a joke for a doctor. He’d be a better help to society if he’d void his medical license and not practice medicine. He’s already got a few negative reviews, very unprofessional.

Dr. Chan and Dr. Lee are great to see for a walk in doctor. Thorough and not rushed. Wait times vary, but usually very quick and in and out within an hour or less usually. Roselana the medical receptionist is very welcoming and friendly. She even remembered me and the doctor which I saw last week. Thank you for all your hard work ?

I went in yesterday with my 14 year old and the rudest snide remark out of the doctor after reiterating my daughters symptoms to him, he then said, "are you gonna let me be the doctor?" Disrespectful to mom in front of child! Useless, couldn't even prescribe something covered by OHIP! All because I said it's not covid just flu! On our way out he had the nerve to ask my daughter behind my back if I/mom is always like that! Left a really bad taste in my mouth? also my daughter was botnot impressed he talked rudely to me. Never ever will we go back there!

Dr. Chan is a complete joke of a doctor. He has no sense of care or patience for his patients. Felt completely ignored by him. Reception and Dr. Lee are lovely however. Dr. Chan decides what’s wrong with you before you even have a chance to speak about your symptoms. Definitely one of the worst doctors in the city.

I haven’t got a family doctor in Toronto, I started going just so I could get bloodwork checked… I’ve been for other things and basically been blown off…. Repeatedly.
If you want someone to tell you you’re fine… this is the place…
