I've seen Dr. Peyton several times here and he's been great. He takes the time to get to know your situation and does a thorough exam. He has an excellent bedside manner and knows the best treatment routes to pursue. You never feel rushed or unimportant.

Today, I called simply to make an appointment and was greeted by the delightful Shelly. I've called a lot of doctors offices over the past few years and Shelly is the most amazing front office person I've ever spoken to. She was warm, friendly, accommodating and made me feel like I was a priority for them. Like all of us, she certainly must have her challenges in life, but she doesn't bring those to the workplace, which is especially important when dealing with patients who are seeking medical care. She is an incredible asset to Primary Care Sports Medicine.

I saw Dr. Peyton for my initial appointment and he suggested I tell my employer I need a standing desk for work to help with my posture, and he’ll provide necessary paperwork if requested by the employer. A few weeks later I reached out requesting the paperwork requested by my employer, and after constant follow-up with their front desk, Dr. Peyton required for me to make a follow-up appointment in order to fill out the paperwork. It was his suggestion for the standing desk! They just want to be able to bill me.

The front desk is rude, condescending and they give you the run around. I do not recommend this place.

I had an amazing experience with this company! The customer service was great. From making my appointment with Rocio (which was sweet, knowledgeable and super pleasant to speak to) to checking in and out. Overall I would recommend PCSM for your joint needs. Glad I got the best experience from the initial conversation.

For starters, the communication in this practice is absolutely lacking. It took a week for them to adjust my doctor's note in a way that my work could accept - and even then, it was a modified duty that my work could not accommodate.

I think the doctor that treated me goes by Rebecca, though the name on my papers is Michelle Fouradian. According to her, I had a case severe enough that the doctor gave me an injection for my pain upon my first visit (something she claims to never do, but thought I needed it). She now claims I can go back to work without restrictions despite my hardly being able to do 10lbs PT exercises, and says there is no
justification for me to be on FMLA currently despite being unable to do my job with my current pain.

The front office staff will also not convey your messages to the doctor, as I was never told I could work to full capacity until over a month after my initial appointment when I came in for my follow-up. And, yes, I let them know I was out of work because my job could not let me back with the note they wrote me.

I was also mis-gendered & dead named several times in my visit despite communicating my names & pronouns.

I do not recommend seeking care, here, as they will only mistreat & mislead you, then tell you it's your fault.

Good Doctors, but I really don't like the fact that they make you pay the co-pay AND deductible up front, that's not how insurance works for in-network doctors . In my case we had to pay $1100 up front because that's what should be owed "according to my benefits" what they didn't factor in was the fact we had been to the hospital the day before that and met our deductible. If they had sent the claim to our insurance company (like an in-network doctor should do) they would find out that we only owed $141....big difference between $1100 and $141...Now we have to wait for them to mail us a refund check, not the best system guys!

I've been coming to Dr. Patterson and Primary Care Sport Medicine for many years now. I would not have made your office my first call for care if I didn't have complete confidence in the care I receive there. Dr. Patterson as well as the other members in that office are wonderful. They've treated my entire family and I've recommended them to friends - all of them have been happy with their care. This must be the go to office in the Valley because I frequently run into people I know in the waiting room. They're wonderful.

The health care providers are amazing! They are caring and competent! Be prepared to wait a long time for your appointment . The front desk is often dismissive , no smiles… I messaged and called and emailed and got no responses from anyone. A few days later they called me. One is made to feel quite insignificant by the staff at the front desk. Sometimes there’ll be a very kind person there, most times, not.

This review is long overdue, but I gave people my word to write one and so I am.

I've walked in and out of numerous physical therapy offices throughout the years, trying to treat a persistent ache. Each office was more disappointing than the last. PSCM PT was the first office I stuck with consistently.

In my perspective, there are three main components to feeling content with your provider: the office is clean and tidy, the provided service is comprehensive and well thought out, and the people providing the service are enjoyable to be around. PCSM PT has all three components. I really couldn't recommend this place enough.

My experiences with the staff have been awesome. Regrettably, I am terrible at retaining names after a while, so I forgot the names of many of these great folk. They know who they are! I'd like to give a particular shout out to Ever. He's been my provider for the majority of my sessions and each time was better than the last.

This review was namely directed at the PT office, but I think it's worth mentioning the clinic next door. I only ever went once for an assessment to access PT. My doctor was Dr. Ryan, and right off the bat I thought he had a really great presence. He listened very attentively to each and every one of my concerns and addressed them individually based off priority of concern. It was a while ago that I met him, but the lingering impression is that he was letting me be in charge of my own medical needs while offering his skills and resources to achieve it. This attribute ought to be standard for all doctors as it allows the patient to build trust. Despite this, I became busier and lazier and didn't follow up with the medical side to my needs. I was getting most of what I needed through PT. Unfortunately, I'll never know how Dr. Ryan's treatment would have progressed.

Sadly, my time with PCSM was cut short due to a substantial increase in distance. I moved to a different city so the commute would be a miserable four hour round trip in traffic. Though, I almost considered it. So, if you're local, take advantage of this gem.

Thank you, and I wish you all the best moving forward.
