If you need outpatient physical rehabilitation in New Braunfels then this is the only place to get it from. They are phenomenal from the intake clerk Missy all the way to the actual therapists. Politeness, care and courtesy are paramount to the services provided. Therapists will safely encourage you to make progress while remaining ever watchful that if you have pain before, during, and after a session the therapy is adjust to accommodate for that.
I mentioned Missy in the outpatient office. She is a true gem of an asset to this facility. She deals with the all the insurance approvals and referrals. And most of all, she schedules therapy appointments that make coming to them fit your schedule best.
Every employee in the facility seen is pleasant and friendly. This says a lot about the company Ernest Health which operates New Braunfels Regional Rehabilitation Hospital.

Excellent care, therapy is fantastic!! Nurses and staff is so incredible and nurses and schedule is written in plane sight for patient and family to see who is working with the patient and their numbers to be reached if needed if scheduling had to be changed. For some reason or other. Regular showers and strict diet!!

Our family cannot thank New Braunfels Regional Rehabilitation Hospital enough for the excellent care they provided to my mother-in-law when she broke her hip a year ago, the day before her 76th birthday. I am ecstatic to report that she is doing great thanks to their amazing team.

Gran was living independently and very mobile, but with several complicating health conditions when she had hip surgery. I knew her inpatient rehab she needed to be top notch to give her the best chance for full recovery. This is why I immediately contacted NBRRH. From the first moment, we were met with compassion, information, and solutions, and action.

The road was not easy, as her personal health conditions posed difficulties, but the staff was prepared with quality care at every turn. Day by day she grew stronger, finding pride in her progress, and developing true bonds with the staff. When we visited, we always felt welcome, and saw true servant hearts in all the employees. We particularly appreciated Dr. Lomba for her expertise and care. When it was time, we were confident about her going home where they had coordinated a new team of nurses and therapists to continue her recovery with all the resources she needed.

Because of the expertise and quality care by the professionals at NBRRH, Gran will celebrate her 77th birthday having regained her mobility and independence. If you are wondering if this is the place for your loved one, it without a doubt is! We are forever grateful. ❤️

I am very impressed with the care I received. First, this is the cleanest healthcare facility I have been in. The housekeeping staff are friendly and very helpful and thorough, they always asked if I was satisfied with their work. Every therapist from speech and occupational therapies, to inpatient and outpatient therapies are top notch. I must mention the food service staff. The food variety, quantity and quality was some of the best I’ve ever seen. My special thanks to Zack, Daniel, Austin, Garret, Katie, Megan, Courtney, “ACE” (thanks for drawing the cat) and all the staff for their dedication, compassion and friendly attitude.

The staff is amazing and the therapy got me ready to go home. I'm not the greatest of rule followers and the alarms on the beds and chairs drove me a bit crazy, but the staff was impervious to my shenanigans and still made me feel quite welcome. This was my second visit and if, please G-d no, I find myself having to go to rehab I will trust this place above all others' with my care. Thank you team.
