The manager and sales clerk are very polite and professional. The prices and down payments are reasonable and fair. Now the bad and I do mean BAD, I put my down payment on a 2008 Mercedes S550 . I had the car for every bit of 1 hour and the transmission starting spraying fluid and the car wouldn't move! I had to get them to come get me with a tow truck and refund my money. This left me looking for a car all over again and facing termination from my job. ?

I wish I could give them 0 stars. This place is a straight scam . I bought a car and was told the car had a clean title later found out it was salvage, then a week from getting the car it constantly overheats . I called them about the situation and they said well you bought the car as is . But never notified me this car had problems . I would’ve never bought the car . Now here I am a month from buying the car and it won’t drive anymore . They really manipulate you just to get your money . The management cares until you have a problem with the car . If I were you i wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. They do something to the cars to where it seems good until you leave their lot .

Extremely nice people but that’s all they have going for them. I bought a car from them over a year ago and have had nothing but problems starting with:
1.starter
2.Thermostat
3.Water pump
4.Ignition coils
5.Spark plugs
6.Fuel pump
And more.
They don’t even do basic maintenance on any of the vehicles. On top of everything they couldn’t even manage too get my metal plates and after a whole year of giving me new paper plates all of a sudden they can’t anymore. Now I’m stuck with expired plates and have already been pulled over once.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TRASHY PLACE
THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I tried working with them being nice the entire year it gets you nowhere and they take advantage of you if you don’t act.

I saw I&M had posted a 1999 Lexus rx300 with 90k miles on it listed for $3300. I checked the carfax before looking at it and the mileage was last logged at 260k prior to them getting the car. I suspect they had adjusted the mileage after getting it from the auction. I confronted Richard of the adjustment and he denied any knowledge of it. He wouldn't even come down on the price after I uncovered the scheme. Don't buy this car or any car from them they could be scamming customers.

Run away just run away. They are really nice at frist until they get your money and then you are a nobody. This was the worst car buying experience that i have ever had. I bought this car for 5514 cash and the car looked good and no check engine lights on the dash so everything looked good to me besides the gas gage was not working right. I asked them about the gas gage and they told me that they would fix it for free if i brought the car back to them. That was not a problem because i had to bring it back to them anyway because they needed to get the inspection done also because it was late whenever i bought the car and they did not have time to get the inspectiondone that day. So my wife drove the car around for 3 or 4 days before we brought it back to them and no problems at all besides the gas gage. We dropped it off at 9:00 in the morning and told them we would be back in like 4 hours because we had some things to take care of while we were in Houston because we live like 1:30 minutes away. Well we came back and set in there parking lot for like 30 or 45 minutes and they new we were there because the place is small and i told them we were there. So after sitting for awhile they finally decided to tell me that the car would not be done that day. Ok so i told them we would be back not the next day but the day after. We got there at 9:00 in the morning and they never got the inspected so we had to sit there for 2 more hours waiting for them to get the car inspected. They had it for a extra day so why wasn't it done already. Anyway we get the car back and the gas gage still doesn't work and now the check engine light is on so i don't know what they did to the car. They also told my wife that they would mail the plates to us and now they are saying that i have to drive all the way back to Houston to pick them up. So if you are looking for a used car please save yourself some headache and look somewhere else because these people just don't care about there costumers at all.

Purchased one car and it broke down with transmission issues after a month and still paid $1700 on it. Then was put into a different vehicle because they couldn't figure it out and was robbed for the $1700 because they would not put it towards the next vehicle they put us in. Do not get a car from this place there cars a junk and some look like flood cars.

My mistake trusting them on telling me that mileage was actual. After purchasing vehicle I found out that instead of it having 110,114 miles as shown on odometer, a carfax report showed 218k and all they could say was that odometer wasn't functioning properly when they bought it at the auction. SMH

Great cars, Really nice and friendly. Wendy the Office manager is great and can answer any question. Had very little down and they got me in a car the same day. I will be returning to this car lot in the future !!!
