Martin was referred to me from a co-worker. Said he will get you a great return and he did. That was 2021. Now now 2024 I just got a letter from the IRS saying AUDIT OF 2021 TAX. They said I owe 2800 because Martin filed that I had contributed almost 20000.00 in charitable donations. I never donated that money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.!

Do not be fooled by your high tax return. I used Martin. I found out that he is scam artist. I was told he handled my taxes without care and now I am in an audit that will not end with the IRS. Avoid this guy and place at all cost. I’ve reported him to the IRS!

I’ve been going to Martin for over 15 years faithfully. He is a Very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing. Not to mention that he’s a license CPA. I have recommend him to my family, friends and coworkers.

Well after repeatedly being told by the business owner that he would look into my issue and call me back, which never happened, I decided to take my paperwork to a CPA who verified that these people forgot to submit my taxes through e-file last year. Do not use!

Do not go to this place. People who work here do not do their job at all. Worst customer service. I have yet to receive my tax returns (as they have been promising for months now). Take your business somewhere else where it will be appreciated and not ignored like they do here. They are incompetent in every sense. AGAIN DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

This place has changed drastically over the last 5 years. I'm on my second audit from the irs, both of which ended up costing me more than I got in my returns. They are IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of, and when you do they offer absolutely no assistance or explanation. And on the odd chance you can catch the man (Martin) in the office he tells you the same thing, call back later and he will explain or help. I've been trying regularly for 7 months to no avail. I even tried going in person with the same response. Call up there later and try and catch him. No luck. I've used them for years but looks like I'm on the list of forgotten customers that get the shaft. Good luck if you proceed with this buisness.
