I would like to say how happy I am with the care my Mother received in room 206. Sophie and Sophia were very attentive. The kitchen staff was very accomodating. All of the aides were great and helpful.
If you visit anyone here be sure to say HI to Joe....one of the friendly residents.

I’m 63 years old and came hhere after surgery. And then had two more surgeries and have been here for five months. I’m very impressed with the entire staff. From the bottom to the top. It is very difficult to make everyone happy. I feel that the staff tries as hard as they can. As a resident it is difficult to be patient and wait.. My suggestion is to ask if you are having difficulty with something. The staff tries to accommodate residence needs if they can. I’m thankful that I have been well cared for during this difficult time in life. I will miss everyone. Jane

They pay attention to your whole health and wellness. The care ithey provide and the entire staff is Top Notch. And, they are personable, they get to know you. It was, overall, a very good experience.

I am so glad we were able to move my mother to Palm BCH health the level of care she is getting is fabulous and her spirit has been restored. The care she is receiving is the best I've seen so far. I can't tell you how grateful I am. I never do reviews but I can't say enough about the staff they always greet us with a smile and you can tell they care about the work they do. Thank you so much.

My father came to this facility after his stroke. With the excellent care given to him he is now able to feed himself and walk short distances in half the time the doctors estimated. I can't say enough praise to express how happy we are the staff has been the best. They are always available to answer my questions as well as meet all my fathers needs. Thank you isn't enough to express how me and my family feel. I would recommend this place to anyone that should be unfortunate to need a place like this.

I never got my mom into this place, so the review is based off the admission department. Which was a joke, the hospital sent over the paperwork that they requested and along with the doctors orders, but they never submitted it to the insurance company. I would call everyday and I would get told that they would call me back because they had no information. I even did a conference call with the insurance company and them 2 times and while on the call the admission person said ops my manger just walked in I will call you back...every dam day that was her answer...which in other words meant gofys this went on for 4 weeks...I tried other places but they were full or wanted my mom back in the hospital to be seen by their doctors...had to get her to another city to get into a place...

Very rude , when calling them!
Two people talking to me at the same time, telling me ,just go to the hospital…
That’s where I had the surgery they can’t do anything else.
I need rehabilitation..
I have no disability, or insurance..
I can’t pay a foot doctor cash.
