I am thrilled to have found this facility. After a bad fall, my shoulder was injured. I've never done physical therapy before but it was prescribed by my orthopedic doctor. It's only been three sessions, but I'm feeling better already. My therapist is Tara and she is absolutely incredible. I never thought I could actually enjoy Physical therapy, but she makes it fun. I am committed to going in three times a week, and I feel like if I keep working with Tara, I will have full mobility back. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I had an incredible experience doing my PT at SOFLO! I injured my hamstring a few months back and was concerned about the pain and tough recovery journey with hamstring injuries.

Dustin was my PT and was fantastic. He quickly identified what the state of my hamstring was on our first visit and he outlined a week by week plan to promote blood flow, mobility and build up to full strength and agility without pain. Dustin did a great job of outlining what the recovery would look like, we stuck to the plan and it was a great experience! Everyone who works at SOFLO works as a team and makes a great atmosphere from the PTs to the Techs, to the student trainees and the girls at the front desk!

I’ve done PT for a few injuries over the years and this was my best experience! Would highly recommend SOFLO
