When I first came to Advent Health Sports Med & Rehabilitation, I needed help lifting myself off the table. My Rehabilitation Specialist ( Simone) started by evaluating my lower back challenges, developing a specific program for me to follow, with some adjustments and the help and support of other team members Ana and Myra, I am back to my peak performance. I feel like a new person! Not bad for a 70 plus male. All I can say is THANK YOU to Simone, Ana and Myra for all you did to make my recovery an excellent experience ?

My mom has been to AdventHealth Sport Med and Rehab in Celebration 10 times. All the staff were very attentive, listened to my mother's wishes and followed them throughout the entire stay. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I had a mix of Rachelle and Chris for my sessions, and they were both really nice and very helpful. The MedBridge app, to reference my exercises to do on my own once I finished my PT, was also super helpful and a great resource to have. I would highly recommend this place for Physical Therapy. The gym was also big with a lot of window light and the facility itself very clean.

I have Chris Ann her staff to Thank for my great rehab recovery and each day / week continues to get better. Everyone at this facility is wonderful!! I’ve seen multiple of the therapists here over my months spent here and they have all been kind, helpful, and attentive. I primarily worked with Simone and Ana over my time and could not recommend them enough for a positive experience. AJ, Myrna, and Rochelle were all great too when I worked with them. The reception staff is always friendly too.

The Hispanic man with the accent at reception was rude. These people canceling my appointments. They finally cancelled without telling me and I showed up. This was terrible because I don’t have personal transportation. I use a service my insurance pays for and it’s all scheduled. I had to wait 2 hrs to get home. They said they called and left a voicemail which they of course didn’t. I’ve been on the fence about them because I’ve seen how lazy one of there other staff members were about assisting me once and all these cancellations were annoying only because two times was because they sent moor auth to my insurance a few days before my appointment. Actually they sent it one day and then two days later they called to cancel because they hadn’t received authorization yet. They do this often they know that they don’t hear back from the insurance that fast. So why send it so late. Right before my appointment. I asked them to cancel all upcoming appointments after this last time where one of the staff members was rude to me because I complained that I wasn’t told my appointment was cancelled and I ended up at the appointment. I’m sick of all advent health to be honest. They hire the worst staff. I think I’ll stick with Orlando heath and HCA. These people don’t care about their patients. And do the bare minimum and sometimes not even that
