When I was looking for a place.to start Physical therapy, I was not sure where to go, after some calls, I took into account the distance, etc. I am more than happy that I took a chance on Calif. Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy. They are a great team. They treat their patients with respect and always know what
routine will be for that particular patient on that day. Very well organized. I feel hope with this team, that I will get well as I have already seen and felt improvement, I am not depressed, as I was because I know there is hope. My pain has subsided and my movements have improved.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Seriously, everyone here is super friendly! The physical therapists really get what you're dealing with and they're all ears about your injury, recovery, and how you're feeling overall. I'm so glad I pushed for California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy - Long Beach instead of going with my doctor's first choice. I've been here before and knew I'd be taken care of. The extra care and attention have been a game-changer in my recovery. And you know what? I'm actually having fun during my sessions. Looking forward to them and seeing the progress I'm making is a real high point!

Vanessa is awesome, highly skilled, professional, and experienced. I do feel the assistance need more review, there were a couple of times they were corrected on exercises that they instructed me to do… and this made me feel like I was wasting some of my time by not doing the exercises correctly. Otherwise, overall it was great, and I had amazing results! I would definitely refer this place for him therapy with Vanessa.

Had a different physical therapist than last time. While this wasn't an issue and he was good, there was no update on the app on the new exercises, no printout, the exercises require equipment such as stretch band and none was provided. They said to use your hands in place of a stretch band or a pillow. I've been to 7 physical therapy facilities before and never had this before.

Also, while the physical therapy was in session, physical therapists kept interrupting to chit chat about personal things. This didn't provide confidence in the therapist paying attention to their patients and didn't seem professional.

Also, they require $6 parking fee. There is no street parking.

I went to rehab after long illness and with natural hypermobility and had an amazing experience. I’ve received comprehensive care and accommodations on the days I wasn’t feeling my best. All my questions and concerns have been addressed. I did all the exercises my therapist taught me. And I was able to follow through my program at home. I went from feeling pain when walking and standing to being pain-free and training on my own. My insurance coverage was also great. Thank you so much for improving my quality of life!
