The main floor check-in area is very busy and full, but up on the eye surgery floor everything was smooth and stress free. The staff was helpful and kind. I never had to wait long for anything: not for check-in, or billing, or the pre-surgery visit. There were mostly small children in the eye surgery post-operative area, and the staff was so warm and kind to them. As soon as they were awake enough, the went off to be reunited with their parents. No one in pre-op or post-op was stressed or upset, everything went smoothly and quickly. I would recommend everyone to go there. My surgeon, Dr. Mehdi Bencheqroun was wonderful.

In October, I underwent meniscus surgery at Mont Louis Clinic. The facility is modern and exceptionally clean. The administrative process was smooth, thanks to a friendly and professional reception team. The quality of care I received was top-notch. I am very satisfied with the outcome and the overall experience.

On the day of surgery, Saturday everything was went well. Staff at reception was professional, staff and Dr in the theatre room took great care of me. Thank you all the staff.

Only point to improve: Monday On the day I had appointment with the anaesthetist I was left waiting for more than 2 hours despite having an appointment while everyone that came after me went through. The only explanation the receptionist gave me was you have "CMU" which I don't but that left me perplexed. If you have CMU you will put in a corner? That's not very professional and no apologies were given. Rest was good.

You hear horror stories about going to the doctor in France, but not here. Had surgery and was easily one of the best experiences I've had at a hospital or clinic. Everyone is kind and helpful. No complaints, highly recommended.

I was treated respectfully and efficiently at the reception, and directed to the waiting room for my colonoscopy. There, the communication was NOT efficient, and I had to wait more than 30 minutes until I was approached by a nurse, who guided me through the process. This needs improvement! On the other hand, she and everyone else were both respectful and kind to me, and the colonoscopy procedure went as well as I could have wanted. My recovery and release went exactly as I had been told in advance. Overall, it was a reassuring and supportive environment, needing improvement in communication at the arrivals waiting room.
