My sister Connie Collins was there, and they did a outstanding job with her like Rachel CNA took really good care of her, Lisa is the charge nurse on that side of the building and she got my sister whatever she needed. My sister was in there for 100 days and her last day was September 5th 2024. My sister passed away 3 weeks later at home on September 23rd 2024. You would want your family to go there because of the outstanding care they give them. I am a Man of God thank you all for everything you did for her she really loved it there to reason why she came back there 3 different times since 2001. Tracy is another outstanding nurse I feel they all deserve a raise for the way they take care their patients.

Absolutely terrible and incompetent. My father went there for rehab after a fall and died not even 6 days later. He acquired pneumonia and went septic. There was no sign of pneumonia in any lab work they did when he went to the hospital for his fall and had surgery to fix the fracture he had. So in 6 days, he got sick and died. My father started complaining of shortness of breath at midnight on a Saturday and not one staff member called me to inform me of his change of condition. When I went to go see him that afternoon after calling him myself and finding out that he wasn’t feeling well, he looked and felt absolutely terrible. They had no way of monitoring his oxygen saturation correctly because they had no warm blanket or heating pack to heat up his ice cold fingers or body, the nurse didn’t even know when my father arrived at the facility or that was never on oxygen prior to his time in the nursing home, he knew nothing. Then, the doctor in charge of my father didn’t even want to send him to the hospital. They wanted to let him sit there and suffer while they waited an hour for a mobile X-ray and lab tech to do diagnostic tests to find out what was wrong with him. I insisted they send him out and good thing I did. He would have died in pain and suffering by suffocating to death from lack of oxygen. The nurse also put my dad on a almost empty oxygen tank, which ran out in 10 minutes and I had to switch him to another tank myself because the nurse never came back. After his death, when we went to collect his belongings, they also gave us his roommates belonging who was also in the hospital. These people clearly do not care and are incompetent at doing their job. I would not recommend anyone send their family member here or even their dog. This place should be shut down
