Dr. Shan runs an amazing clinic. My husband had his vasectomy in April and it was such a relief to have such a smooth process and procedure considering how anxiety producing something like a vasectomy can be. We got in right away for his consult. Every question we had was answered. Dr.Shan is extremely knowledgeable, professional and made us feel very comfortable. We were able to book the vasectomy just a couple weeks later after the consult. The procedure itself was so fast and went so smoothly. In and out in around 45 mins. My husband is quite queezy and has been known to faint easily, but Dr. Shan was amazing at letting him direct the pace when he felt woozy. The procedure itself took less than 20 mins. Afterwards, the recovery was incredible. No swelling and only minor bruising. Barely any post - op pain. We received the confirmation today that the vasectomy was successful and honestly, it was such an easy process we are soo happy we went with Dr. Shan. Highly recommend!

Dr. Shan is very friendly and very professional!!! The vasectomy procedure only took about 15 minutes and recovery was only a day or two. Would highly recommend! All in all Dr Shan runs a clean and professional clinic that has done very good by me!!!!

My partner and I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Shan’s office for a vasectomy. Would recommend to all!
-We were contacted for an initial consult appointment within 2 months of the referral being sent.
- Dr Shan was very thorough, knowledgeable kind, easy going, and answered all of our questions, leaving us feeling very comfortable moving forward with her.
- After the consult, we got an appointment quickly for the vasectomy procedure.
- There was no sitting around the office waiting room for both of our appointments, we were seen right away
- procedure was quick, non invasive, minimal pain, easy recovery and analysis to determine if the procedure was a success is done 12 weeks later

I have been going to Dr. Shan now for just over a year and I LOVE HER! She is so available for us, she is so down-to-earth, she doesn't order unnecessary tests and she is always willing to give us a referral if we need it. She takes her time with us. My husband is comfortable with her as his doctor and we are going to be using her services for our new baby girl when she is born.

I stopped by today as a walk-in with no appointment and was in to see her in less than 5 minutes. She doesn't waste your time but is always willing to take the time to answer your questions. She even calls me personally with test results if they are of a concerning nature. If I call to make an appointment, I can almost always get in on the next business day.

The other people I love are the staff. Most doctors, their staff are so rude and unfriendly and they mostly just want to treat you like a number. I have never had that vibe here and I like that her main girl is very nice, down-to-earth and DOES NOT talk to me in a condescending way and DOES NOT try to pretend she is the doctor.

I couldn't be more happy with Dr Shan and her office and I recommend her to ALL my friends and family looking for a doctor in the Windsor area.
