I was blessed to witness the greatness of the therapists that work with Florida Rehab. My mom was seen by their staff, and it was such a phenomenal experience. Big shout out to Mr. Waturu (Wawa)! He was so patient with her, and got her so excited to get back on the journey to full health. As a medical personnel, I see a lot of health care workers who do amazing jobs, but people like him are what makes health care so beautiful. It was even more awesome that the other staff did a great job as well. Highly recommended! Oh the office staff like Ms. Lynette are awesome as well! They care so much about the patients and do a great job following up. The least I could do is let other people know just how great they are!

They have an amazing office staff who are timely in their communication, pleasant in their demeanor, and accurate with their documentation. There is never a need to call and ask for information more then once due to how organized the company is. The clinicians all have an excellent customer service skills and are very professional in their approach to our clients.
