I have contacted this facility multiple times regarding a credit balance from when my father stayed here and have not gotten any type of response. Probably hoping I go away and forget about $3k but not going to happen.

Horrible staff. Worked here as agency they never had the proper supplies, always out of wipes and briefs. Nursing staff was always so rude and disrespectful to residents and agency staff. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE

They are rude, thoughtless, unclean. So tired of hearing "We are short staffed", is absolutely no excuse for a loved one at their final days. 1 star = I hated everything about that place. I tell everyone not to go there or at least watch your loved ones like a hawk because there is no truth or trust with any of the "caregivers".

Kind of upsetting when you walk into a facility as agency cna and they are out of wipes and dry wipes. Like where is management at to get wipes when there out and they don’t get none until they order some.

Less than 2 hours of my father being there, he wanted to lay down in the bed. I had him ring for help. Monica opened the door and said "what do you want." She had never met my Dad and at the time we didn't know her name. She was very rude and when I commented on her being so rude and not introducing herself to the new resident, she decided it was ok to argue with me. The next morning when I approached the Director of Nursing about the issue, she told me she felt I was hostile and that Monica had probably felt that too as She was loved by residents and family. She also said that we could make other arrangements for him. I later went to let the Administrator know why we were discharging him and what had occurred with both incidents and she seemed less than concerned or cared that in less than 24 hours a patience was leaving. My father is confused and the quality of the care and the lack of compassion and professional staff is less than ok for someone in his condition . And he was there in their hospice area. I will make sure that this is posted on social media and spread the word. Shame on you all!!

We had our mother here, although only briefly, and found it to be a great place. The facility was very clean and the staff was helpful,friendly and kind. I've seen a lot of skilled care, so I can tell you that this one is far better than most out there. I would use them again if needed.
