I purchased 2 roll and ride LS docks from M&M Dock King in 2019 with the brackets. This past January I placed an order for an additional Z bracket kit. Being that it was winter I didn't install and use the new bracket until the summer 2020 season had arrived. After only a months time, the new z bracket had snapped in half. I contacted M&M and explained my issue and sent photos of the bracket. I asked for a new bracket and they asked for my shipping address to get another one out. Being that my dock was now attached with rope I was anxiously awaiting the new bracket which NEVER came. I emailed again asking when I should be receiving the replacement and haven't gotten a response. Terrible customer service!

Dealing with M&M Dock King to get a new HarborHoist lift for my boat was a great experience. They were very pleasant to deal with during the whole purchase, delivery, and installation. I would not hesitate to recommend them or deal with them again on future purchases.

Tom is an amazing business man!! He is professional, courteous, a man of his word and a pure pleasure to deal with! MY hydrolift epic dock was delivered as promised, on time, and with care! These Docks are NOT compatible with Yamaha Wave Runners. They will damage the hull. When seller was contacted I showed him exactly where the docks gouge a hole into the waverunners upon entering the dock. M & M Dock said it wasnt an issue. But when you research it on the net you will see the info Im talking about. Also The hardware mounted to the poles to secure docks to bulkhead are to low. During storms at high tide the docks rise to the top of the hardware and bend the poles badly to where if you dont repair this issue the all plastic pcv will snap and the dock will float away. After doing my research I replaced my 1 year old Docks from M & M and went with Wave Armor. A lot sturdier dock and the PVC poles have a metal pipe insert inside for durability. Also the poles are 3 feet higher with NO Hardware to interfere with the rising tides do to storms and flood surge. Do NOT buy these with Yamaha Watercraft, You will total the hulls when you board your dock. The picture below shows the Wave Armor docks mounted to the M & M Poles and hardware. After I installed the docks myself, I called the rep from Wave Armor out and he said this is a very antiquated design and not sturdy enough.
