Went for a walk in for my toddler. Was given a time when the doctor would see us and told we could leave and come back at that time or wait in the waiting room. Only waited 1 hour on Christmas Eve. The doctor did a swab and said we’d hear back within 24 hours. Dr. Koegler called us CHRISTMAS MORNING (from home, no doubt) to tell us it was positive and let us know where to pick up a prescription on Christmas Day. Saved Christmas because we were able to get on medication 24 hours before a family visit and keep grandma and baby cousin safe from illness.

Is a walk-in clinc, but refuses to book appointments over the phone. The secreatary puts everyone on hold and never returns. Unless you're there when they open you're unlikely to get a walk-in appointment and will be turned away in person. The doctors are always running late by 30 minutes to an hour and the waiting room only has 7 chair, meaning the majority of patients are left standing. Even those with disabilities or seniors.

I called to learn that my long-term family doctor is no longer my family doctor, because of how long I have not been to him. Sure, that's crappy, but OK. Guess they have some standard I was simply unaware of. The upsetting part is being told I am "welcome to come see us as a walk-in though" and walking 30 minutes in the cold with a sore leg to be told that the walk-in is full. Really pays to have a car to zoom over I guess, or make enough money to afford a taxi. Upsetting to say the very least.

The most lazy and rude medical clinic I have ever been serviced by in my life. Dr.Lukeinar especially, He kept my medical necessary to participate in my sport for over 2 months!(it was quoted to take 1 week)I had to call this company multiple times per week and they have me 0 information and ignorance from Dr.Lukenar only to be charged triple the average price due to him picking the price himself. Head over to one health if you desire to pay triple the price, be treated like garbage and wait triple the average time for results.

Service is always very good. Of course, a doctor's daily schedule can be somewhat unpredictable, but generally I don't have to wait too long for my appointments. I find that they offer a number of medical services not offered at most clinics.

Although I had severe pain, they refused to take me. I explained I was a new immigrant and asked where else I could go, but they said they were not giving such information and showed absolutely no compassion.

Don’t go here if you need real medical help, this is one of those clinics that is anti-medication. The doctors even have a sign in the patient room claiming they will not give you medication. So for a chest infection with congestion, the doctor told me to just go home and fight it. No medical advice or anything.

For someone who moved here less than a year ago from Quebec, this was a great experience. The doctor was a sweetheart, but just like other professions, I feel like our doctors are overworked. I barely had half an hour to discuss everything I needed, considering how much medication I take, regardless of having written everything down. I felt rushed and timed and even forgot to ask for a prescription renewal on a pain medication that prevents my body from permanent bone deformation only to be told that there was no more time. There is easy access to the clinic, and most of the secretaries are friendly. I can't describe how thankful I am to have seen a kind, hard-working doctor today. ♡ In case there is confusion, they are accepting walk-ins, but you have to show up and book the appointment. You can't book one over the phone if you aren't a regular patient. This place is so great for me because it's so close to my home. Thank you, Associate Medical! Your kindness and dedication providing a service to people who are only seeking to take care of their health has not gone unnoticed today! ♡♡♡
