I was referred to Ash by a friend and he managed to fit me into his busy schedule within a week of messaging him.

I went to see Ash due to discomfort in my hip which had been there for 8 months. Within the first 5-10 minutes of the session Ash had diagnosed my problem and explained how it could of happened etc. He gave me advice on what to do in the meantime while I was recovering and how I could speed up the process and not make it worse.

Ash was always very professional and very easy to talk to. Would highly recommend Ash to anyone who is looking for a physio!

My wife was suffering from lower acute back pain and could barely walk . We got in touch with Ash and he was extremely helpful . Firstly by finding the earliest possible appointment in his busy diary and then for his professional knowledge and treatment.
Ash got her pain free in 5 weeks !!
Very down to earth guy who makes you feel at ease and is brilliant at what he does . He has mountains of knowledge and we would highly recommend him .

Would definitely recommend Ash if you are looking for a decent sports physio, he knows his stuff. My daughter is 17 and Irish Dances, she suffers from a lot of shin splints/calf issues due to it being a high impact sport. Ash has rescued us several times, coming up to competitions etc, he gives an honest opinion and gives advice with self-care as well as treating the issue. Have tried several physios over the years, having a large family of Irish Dancers, and since finding Ash, now wouldn't use anyone else.

Ash has been brilliant throughout my Half Marathon prep.

I suffered a hip flexor and calf issue during my first Half Marathon. To avoid the same issue second time round, I wanted to prevent it through prehab - keeping my legs fresh.

Not only did Ash look after my legs, he offered lots of exercises and wisdom to ensure I don't get injured.

I will certainly be back when I've booked my next Half Marathon.
