He is a great Dr however the wait is crazy and the office is very tiny. The waiting area is very tiny, a lot of sick patients have to stand on their feet for a long time. The front desk doesn't answer phone calls.

The doctors are nice but the staff in the front desk are pure trash, It is just impossible to be on the phone for more than 45 mns trying to schedule an appointment. They will hang up on you and put you on hold for hours HOURS! literally. Ever since the doctor started to involve his kids on this business everything now is up side down. No professionalism from his staff whatsoever. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. It also seems that the office is always on break, they take more than 3 hours break, The phone never works. it's just impossible and unacceptable. You would think that over time things could have gotten better but Noo. I wonder if the doctor ever have meeting with his so-called team. (By the way if there was an option to leave this review with no star at all, that's what I would have done) It could be a life matter, you will be dead before you get a chance to talk to someone from the office. It's so FRUSTRATING so INFURIATING. DO F BETTER!

After 9 years I must part ways with this Dr’s Office. I love Dr Nicoleau but the cup has runned over with the level of service from other people that works here. I’ve spoken to administrators about the level of service here already. They assured me they are doing some housecleaning and to give them another chance of getting it right since I really love the Drs. Professionalism and he’s been my Dr for so long. Long story short sorry Dr N, Mark and Candace I won’t be coming back here or recommending anyone. I’ve been trying today to do a walk in I’m not majorly sick. I seem to be coming with a cold and is hoarse for the past 3 days, which is not conducive to my job as a speak to people on the phone for 7 hours a day. I wanted to get something from the Dr to clear this up as home remedies has not helped. The lady “Ann” kept answering the phone saying “Doctors office please hold” after 5 mins picks it up again and says “ Drs office please hold” another 5 mins picks up again “Drs office please hold” now I’m assuming she’s both receptionist and Doctor of the day for her to be picking up and placing the same call on more holds. And when she do answer she says “ no walk in today” I asked if there was a place she recommend Dr N patients go and she pause as if I’m asking a stupid question. I said yes, where do Dr N recommend his patients go when he is away or don’t have availability? Not everyone needs emergency room or urgent care. She then replied “ the emergency room and urgent care is available to everybody”Honey, Drs do have other Drs they send their patients to sometimes, it’s nothing strange to ask. Hire people to answer your phones who got sense and proper phone etiquette. Bye Dr N that’s it for me.

The doctor was very dismissive of my health concerns and the staff is horrible. In the office the staff is rude and over the phone they lie about getting back to you as well as take forever to complete requests.

Go to this office at your own risk! How could Dr. Ariel Nicoleau be a good doctor if failed to diagnose my father’s pancreatic cancer? My father went into that office complaining of pain for several weeks, was given months to live because what he actually has is metastic adenocarcinoma of GI origin according to the competent doctors within Long Island Jewish Hospital network.
