I’ve really wanted to like this PC store as it’s the only one in the area that offers PC Express pick-up. Unfortunately, my experiences here have consistently fallen short. I kept returning, hoping the bad service was a fluke, but the issues have persisted.

When using PC Express, my orders have been wrong 2 out of 3 times. To avoid further frustration, I’ve tried shopping inside, but even then, the experience is poor. I’ve waited in long lineups for over 20 minutes, and the produce is often not fresh.

Today was the last straw. At 8 a.m., my husband used PC Express for pick-up. While waiting in the car for 15 minutes for the order to arrive, a cart boy made eye contact with him about 10 feet away from the windshield, then—without any provocation—outstretched his arms and, in a threatening tone, repeatedly said, “What, Buddy, what?” It felt like he was trying to intimidate and initiate a confrontation. My husband reported the incident to the manager, who assured him they had a "long discussion" with the employee.

While today’s order was actually correct, the unacceptable behavior of this staff member confirms we will not be returning. This interaction made me too uncomfortable to feel safe or welcome at this store, and sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve seen reviews mentioning an angry cart boy on Google Reviews for this location.

Not that crowded and there’s always pastry deals. There are also lots of Asian and Filipino/Southeast Asian products like instant noodles and seasoning cubes here which I think are priced reasonably.

They also have a coin depositing machine but I haven’t tried that yet.

great selection of items/products at good prices. i know i will find what i need, whether it’s groceries, pharmacy, or clothing. even some uncommon bakery ingredients and “international” foods. so nice to have such a store close to home. very convenient. in all my visits i have not had any problems with customer service.

Over priced and poorly run. Every time I have been here in the last couple of month the quality of produce and other perishable goods has gone way down. I have seen this store sell stale bread for full price, rotting fruit and vegetables, and expired dairy products. The other day I saw ice cream being sold that expired the next day. They’re charging a fortune and gambling with peoples health, while making all the customers feel like criminals. This store and company represents everything that is wrong with society. Just another greedy corporation taking advantage of people. Staff has always been friendly and deserve to be treated better by both the public and their management. They do not get paid enough for what they deal with

This superstore location is well organized with friendly staff. Checking with the store regularly, bargain hunters can find good deals. The coupon racks at the entrances are also a good way to cut the shopping bill by a few dollars. The drawback about this location is they stopped offering hot lunch soups like other stores. There is ample free parking and wheelchair accessible entrance and parking. They have a public toilet and seating area. Overall a pleasant shopping experience. Four star rating for good effort.

This place is a real superstore and well stocked.
During the power outage on Victoria Weekend 2022 this was the only place in North Whitby opened for business, all other stores were closed. Not sure if they have invested in standby generators, but still the fact they were open was amazing and very helpful.

Lovely store, very good fruits availability, bakery is just superb everything in place with nice discounts ! What's amazing ? is the Beer collection.....
Plentifulness is visible as Halloween is announced so merrily ..
