We called, got the referral to them, set up an evaluation. The evaluation was done. We were told once insurance approves, therapy will start. 2 weeks go by and I call. Guess what! They have not submitted to insurance. Because they don’t have therapists. Can they tell me when the therapists are available and I quote “I cannot predict future”. OK, so why was this not mentioned EVER BEFORE? No clear answer. Alright, when can they tell me for sure? Another week. Call another week later, at which point it is 4 weeks they kept me hanging, I had to call .. again, and they tell me no! They are just playing around with patients lives, meanwhile I lost valuable therapy time and with December rolling in, it is going to be even tougher to get care. Absolutely unprofessional!!

I'm been so impressed with the therapists and team of healthcare professionals who have been working with my ex-husband after he suffered a bruised spinal cord. He's just started rehab a few weeks ago and I can already see a difference in his mobility. In my opinion, these therapists are some of the best in their field. We're so blessed to have found them!

If I could give rehab without walls a zero I would. I have never been more appalled by someone's ignorance than I was today when I called - to the point of being so flustered on the phone I could hardly verbalize anything. Today I called to schedule an appointment for my son because this company was referred by our pediatrician, and upon giving my child's diagnosis I was told that they don't help kids with my son's disability. When I asked why, I was told they only help children who have a chance of becoming independent eventually- they won't help kids who will need ongoing care - in other words insinuating that my son cannot ever be taught to be independent. This is definitely not the case as my child is exceptionally bright and just needs a little reinforcement and support at home so that he can become more like his "typical" peers. If this woman I spoke to was half as well versed as she pretended to be she would have known this. I do not recommend this offensive company - they are not well educated enough to provide even the most basic services.

After my husband’s brain injury we we’re set up with rehab without walls. I can say a lot but all I’m going to say is they don’t care about the patients family as long as they get a paycheck.
