I've had the pleasure to work with Gus at in home visits. He was always polite and courteous and prompt. The exercise regime he taught me has definitely made a difference in my recovery. In fact, I believe it to be game changing as I am continually getting better from hip replacement surgery. I am grateful that Gus happened to be assigned my case. Working with him was a rewarding and time well spent experience.

"On About 06/10-13/2024,.I Requested My Therapy Notes From My Physical Therapist Amy to Forward Notes From Our SESSIONS To Tirr Memorial Rehabilitation,.Nothing NEVER Occurred' On 06/21/24:CALLED On (3)Different Occasions To Restore Rehab Services Before There Supervisor I.Thomas Finally Said That They're An Third Party & Don't HANDLE Those Issues ONLY Ur(mine) Health Care Agency Can Do That,..All Of This Time WASTED' TIRR MEMORIAL Goes By 1st Come Basises,..& NOW I Have To Start This Process From Stratch.UNACCEPTABLE And TOTALLY UNREALIABLE SERVICES....
