The care she is receiving there, has made us feel that we made the right decision! The nurses and staff, have given my mom the best care! They’re warm, friendly and most of all, the put up with “silly Sue”! They genuinely care about her. This makes my heart happy ❤️. Thank you ALL! Sue’s daughters❤️

My mother has received excellent care since moving in to Riverbend Nursing Home. The staff has gone above and beyond in making her feel comfortable, loved and well taken care of. They have lots of activities for the residents to socialize and keep busy. They have birthday parties once a month, weekly bingo, happy hour etc. They had a visit from the Easter Bunny. My mom tested positive for covid and had to quarantine for 10 days and it fell over her birthday. They brought her food to her room each day and a special birthday lunch and dinner! She feels very loved. Thank you to Riverbend for taking such great care of my mother!

Never thought I'd be feeling this but... I really, really, really like living at Riverbend (maybe even love)! The staff here puts so much heart into what they do... you can just feel the love! The therapies I receive are really helping me regain my strength. The food is great. And the activities are absolutely awesome. At the end of each day, I'm looking to the next days picks for activities! Plenty to choose from... something for everyone.

And there's admissions director Ally. So much more than her job title. Shes pretty close to being what you need her to be... filling whatever role you need filled. When I botched my manicure, she repainted my nails, when i wanted coloring sheets for me and my granddaughter she volunteered her services, she even did some 'thrift store' shopping for me to expand my clothing choices! Even tho i am way older than her she honestly feels like the big sister I never had! She said Riverbend was gonna be family and I was skeptical at first but now I feel it in my heart. Me being so happy takes so much burden off my kids ...I'm grateful to the staff here for that gift as well. I enthusiastically recommend Riverbend!

The staff has been supportive with the care of our family member. There were times when we had issues concerning his care and each time when addressed we were able to solve the issue. I have appreciated the pleasant demeanor of the staff whether they worked directly with us or just walking thru the facility.

I have had a really nice time here at Riverbend, it is a great place to be. The amazing activities team puts together the best events, my recent favorite was the Mother's Day luncheon. The therapy team is very friendly and will stop at nothing to make sure I am staying healthy and active.

The staff are some of the kindest people you will ever work with. The care my mother receives is top notch and they keep me informed of the progress. Ally (Admissions Director) has gone above and beyond getting everything scheduled, explained and implemented. The environment created by the staff of the facility makes me happy when I am there. This place has some of the best staff I have ever come in contact with. I enjoy the way interact, and bring joy to the residents! The in- house therapy department rocks! The administration is caring, loving, and proactive. I would definitely consider Riverbend for my loved ones!
