I came to Coach Shari recommended, but I had not idea what awaited me. Someone that not only has the tools to help you, but also someone that cares. She has a very holistic approach that really made me click, which nobody could in the last 20 years and believe me when I tell you that I consulted with many professionals. Of course food & exercise matters, but there was also a big focus on what I was experiencing, feeling, thinking, considered as a whole. She gave me the tools to succeed on the long term, to build some strong healthy habits, to trust that I can make it work even when I was no longer checking in with her every month. She also helped me discover new types of food and she was not pushing her agenda, what you like is what you will eat. No shaming when things were going less good, on the contrary I also felt motivated after our talks. Full of inspiration everywhere, specially those amazing recipes. I feel empowered and ready for the future for the first time in my life. In 9 months time I lost 15 kg and while I am extremely proud of this great achievement, what I love the most is that I discovered things that before were never in my radar: I feel so good, full of energy to tackle my very busy life and not scared that I may fall into easy unhealthy options.
