This facility like all facilities may have a few issues they seem to be actively working on. I do want to say that in the months my mother was there it was a good experience. It meant the most to me in her final days of passing that I seen the love and care these nurses have for the patients and their job. The nurses are the main reason I chose this facility. They made me feel like family and loved my mother and showed that. Even days when they weren’t her nurse they came and checked on her. Nurses now a days are not normally shown the appreciation they deserve. I’m so glad she got the care she deserved and the love they made me feel made it better. Thank you to the nursing staff here for giving me peace knowing she was cared for. In the end it’s about the ones who care for our loved ones and they in my opinion passed expectations. The DON is amazing as well as doing a good job to have good nurses there. Thank you again to this facility for the love and care you did for me and my mother.

I've been the administrator of various homes my entire career, and during the four months I've been here I think the leadership team is coming together here as well as I've ever seen it anywhere before! We have a very strong and cohesive team, and the care is always a direct reflection of the quality of the leadership! Our feedback about our care is getting better and better, as are our own self-assessments of the care. Resident and family satisfaction is improving greatly! I've been the administrator of 4 and 5 star nursing homes in the past, and I think the care we are providing here rivals what I've seen at these other homes. I myself provide my cell phone number to residents, staff, family members, and visitors, and am available 24/7 to respond to any issues that arise.
We emphasize to our staff that we always want to be about doing the right thing. I am proud to be the administrator of this fine home, and I look forward to staying here as the administrator for many years to come!

When I walk into the facility I can see a big difference, I see residents happy, lots of activities being done all the time, employees are always lending a helping hand, great therapy group, painting is being done in hallways. Meal service is progressing and showers are being transformed into spa showers (residents are loving it). You can tell from the faces on the residents that they enjoy living here.

My name is Yvette, the receptionist here at RCI and it's such a pleasure to have Audrey here as our Admission person! She has such a great personality and she is funny too! Whether she's coming are going I always get a wonderful greeting from her and she has great interactions with the residents here! They go into her office and she takes the time to conversate with them! Some of the residents family that comes in have nothing but goods things to say about her! And Audrey has the prettiest granddaughter!

I’ve witnessed positive changes to this building over the last year . The staff are friendly and helpful every time I come visit. Residents seem happy, facility is clean, and the activities are engaging for residents of different levels of care ! If you have questions I recommend taking a tour to see the impacts of the changes for yourself 🙂

I started my journey of employment with RCI a couple of months ago. The management team is helpful and strives to work as a team. The residents seem genuinely happy and enjoy all the fun activities! In the short couple of months there has been a positive change in atmosphere!

I wouldn’t even send my worst enemy here. Most staff act like they’re too good for their job, the one they applied for. Food is always cold, and half the time late, and even if you ask for condiments you won’t receive them. Some certain staff member’s act as if my aunt is such an inconvenience whenever they have to help her do things, which is what you’re payed to do. Just a down right bad place to send a loved one
