Review:

I've been a loyal member of this gym for 20 years, and overall, I really enjoy the facilities and equipment. However, I’ve become increasingly disappointed with how court time is being handled. It seems that the distribution of court time is not being managed fairly, with pickleball and basketball consistently getting more priority, leaving other activities with limited access.

I’ve raised this issue with management, but unfortunately, their responses have been less than helpful or constructive. It’s frustrating to see such a longstanding issue go unaddressed, especially when it affects the overall experience for long-term members.

I’m hopeful that the management will take this feedback seriously and make adjustments to ensure court time is more evenly distributed. I still enjoy the gym, but this situation definitely needs attention.

Travel Guide

Great facility, always clean and quiet. Large parking lot, lots of exercise equipment. Good track for walking & running. Steam room and pool are good, unfortunately the steam room is not consistent and only works some days. Overall best facility in the area, worth the few extra bucks.

I have been a loyal member here but management has been ignoring requests regarding court booking. No doubt in my mind that management is ignoring these requests because they are coming from one particular community. Hopefully they will look into it

The front desk staff lack basic customer service skills, often neglecting greetings and appearing disengaged. The gym equipment is outdated, considering the high membership fees. Classes are led by instructors who prioritize regular attendees over newcomers. The only good part of going there was taking yoga classes with Katja. She is the best.

Beautiful facility, amazing change rooms, however I ended up cancelling my membership after continuously struggling to book court time. My biggest peeve was it was always the same people on the courts- day in, day out. I tried on many occasions to "be the first" down to the second for bookings, and they were still never available. Very suspicious and the staff were never helpful about this, just saying to "book 48 hours in advance". Very unfortunate, I'll take my racquet play elsewhere.

Absolutely wonderful facility with high tech gym machines, indoor track, basketball and badminton courts. Best in the area.

Came in to check the place and sign in, never been here before the Asian lady at the front desk did not make any effort to show around when I literally came half an hour before close! Terrible!!!

This place is a beautiful, clean gym. All sorts of classes to join with your membership, a hot tub and steam room for those days you need it. Rooms you can use to workout solo, basketball court and other court for volleyball, etc. Highly recommend! You won't regret it
