My Appt was at 10, Ingrid was very dismissive to the fact that my car was stolen and I arrived at 10:17. She stated I had until 10:15 to be seen. This practice is VERY strict about the 15 min grace period she’s stated. Now I am unable to get a physical until next year! My first visit with Dr Rowe was great but due to this treatment and inability to be seen, with an entirely empty waiting area over TWO minutes is very frustrating.

This was, hands down, the BEST medical care that I have received from a medical practice as a whole. Every person in that practice was professional and attentive. The front office specialist was pleasant and personable. She quickly addressed me upon my entry, collecting my information, and checking me in. There was no long wait time in the lobby. The MA, Misti, quickly called me back. She was very pleasant and thorough with her directions, explanations, and care. Once she was finished, Dr. Rowe was in to see me in less than three minutes. I can't say enough about Dr. Rowe's bedside manner. She was attentive throughout my appointment. She did not talk to me from behind the chart/computer. She was focused on the information that I was sharing. Dr. Rowe was Uber professional, throughly explaining procedures, recommendations, and her plan of care going forward. I wish all of my medical appointments were as professional and caring as this one. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in search of a primary care practitioner.

My family loves this practice! Dr.. Earl Stewart Jr. is an amazing doctor! The office staff is always friendly, professional and informative. This office is conveniently located in Vinings but be cautious of the parking. There is a restaurant across the street and if your appointment is at lunch time, the parking lot can become very full, very quickly. The office is clean, cool, and easy to find. This plaza also has an ice cream shop for your convenience.

Pretty disappointed trying to set up an appointment at this facility. I’ve tried calling 3 times. The first was a busy signal, second I finally reached someone but was placed on hold for 20 minutes before I finally hung up. The third time I called, it just kept ringing.

If it’s that hard to even reach anyone, can’t imagine how hard it would be in the future.
