This is my regular medical practice. The wait time is so prompt. It’s a place I can definitely count on to be in and out and my health well taken care of. With friendly staff who are always happy to answer any questions for their patients.

Excellent service! Very accommodating and supportive. Only thing is a problem is getting a prescription and getting to the pharmacy and the script not being exact so you have to come back the next day or time is annoying but otherwise great doctors office!

I tried to call 4 different times to try and schedule an appointment with my primary care provider. The gentleman on the phone was unhelpful. When I called back, I spoke to a lady who then hung up on me. Now I have been on hold for a long time because they refuse to help me. Unprofessional staff which means the medical team is probably unprofessional as well.

Talia Marcus was absolutely wonderful. She was very attentive and kind. I felt like all of my health concerns were heard and she was very on top of getting me the help I need. I highly recommend her to anyone.

I had a terrible experience at this office. I visited this office expecting to use a different insurance provider, which required a referral I didn’t have. However, I also told the receptionist multiple times that I also had TRICARE, which doesn’t require a referral and should have been accepted. I clearly explained this and provided my DoD ID number and ID, but the receptionist seemed rude and also determined not to help me.

This was incredibly frustrating because TRICARE has worked without issue in numerous other places. The unwillingness to even attempt to assist made it clear she had no interest in helping. I was turned away despite the fact that I knew they could have used my Tri Care benifits. Her behavior came across as dismissive, and at times, almost taunting, despite clearly being able to provide assistance. The receptionist was rude and complelty dissmissive. If customer service is such a burden, maybe it’s time to find a different job.

Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

Dr Holden is an amazing gynecologist!!! He gives you the opportunity to express your concerns and questions. He has excellent bedside manner and shows interest in patients general health. I recommend him a 100%.

It is very hard to schedule an appointment here. The people that answer the phone were very nice but just say hi. I wondered if I had the right number. As a new patient I gave them the full name and type of my insurance and insurance ID number; they assured me I could see the PA for a referral even though she was not on my insurance card. I made the appointment for that day, as it was a bit of an emergency. After double checking with my insurance, they said I could not. I called right back to cancel. The woman that answered was nice and said she would request that the cancellation be waived. I asked if I could please be put through to the billing office because I did not want to be charged the $40 cancellation fee when the copay is $10 but at the same time I couldn't go and leave my three young children for an appointment that was now useless. She was unable to contact them at that moment but said she would request the waiver. I am hoping they honor that, as it was their mistake. I will keep you posted if they do not but am hoping in good faith they will.

Response time is heinous and communication is unprofessional. It would be nice to be treated like a human being instead of just a pending phone call. Qwell is not user friendly. James Lauren is the only redeeming quality of this practice.
